Action Alliance Reports
The National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention (Action Alliance) is the nation’s public-private partnership for suicide prevention, working with more than 250 national partners to advance the National Strategy for Suicide Prevention. I provided design and creative direction for two highly visible reports.
The Youth Mental Health Report
This report examines federal, state, and local efforts to improve youth mental health services post COVID. I worked closely with the team and designed the report as an interactive pdf with linked content for easy navigation.

The Crisis Workforce Report
With a focus on recruitment, retention, and support, this strategy equips leaders with the tools to hire and support these vital workers. I used directional arrows to conceptually represent the three “paths” of workforce sustainability. Recruiting is depicted with an upward arrow, retaining with a diagonal arrow, and supporting with a forward-facing arrow. Each focus area is also distinguished by color and arrow icons which will be used consistently throughout the document, serving as guideposts in the interactive navigation.
Each opening page of the section highlights the goal, featuring a photo that would depict various facets of the workforce.
